About Us
Moonshot Capital is a Toronto-based entrepreneurial investment fund seeking to acquire, accelerate and grow a single business. We are looking for an owner of a medium-sized business planning to gradually reduce day-to-day management and divest the business.

Founding a variety of companies over the past 12+ years, Allan Fisch is a seasoned business operator and builder with deep experience driving growth at companies, general management, product development, data analytics & strategy, marketing, sales, business development, M&A and leading teams.

As CEO and founder Allan’s experience includes founding, building and scaling companies in Finance, Retail, Healthcare and Technology (Artificial Intelligence). Our companies have grown and scaled across a broad set of industries with two exits (acquisitions) and multiple financing rounds. Additionally, Allan’s work experience includes M&A, Finance and Management. Allan has built and scaled and sold multiple companies that have been acquired by large technology and private equity firms including: LeapPay, a New York based fintech online lender acquired by Funding Circle, HomeSav a leading e-commerce website with acquired by Rebellion Media/American Capital, Mavencare (on-demand healthcare) raised 10m+ series A and Operant.AI, which provides Artificial Intelligence for Banks and collection agencies. He has also been an Advisor Mars Fin-tech Cluster advising companies across the spectrum on all aspect of growth

Professional Experience: My prior work experience includes M&A, Finance and Management including roles as VP Acquisitions, Interactive Executive Offices we built Canada’s largest co-working company which was acquired by Regus PLC the second largest publicly traded owner of executive. Additionally, Allan worked at Hedge Fund Private Equity & M&A firms.

Education: MBA from the Wharton School of Business and LLB from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law.
